I’m Paul Miller, a Colorado wills and trusts lawyer and business attorney who enjoys helping others in their pursuit of happiness.

Whether its assisting them build their dream business, or advising and planning with them on financial and estate matters, I strive to ensure peace of mind for them,  their families, and loved ones concerning the legal issues that occur during one’s lifetime.

Moreover, I believe everyone should have access to sound legal advice and not only be able to achieve the American Dream, but to leave that dream to their legacy.

Having parents who are in their 80’s, I deeply understand the complicated, strenuous, and sometimes painful decisions that families make in regards to parents, spouses, and other family members.

I also understand the need to have a well-drafted, thorough estate plan.  Together we will determine the range of issues that your family needs to address, and then I will work to productively address and resolve those issues. 

Additionally, having owned small businesses and having worked with small business owners for over thirty years, I have gained the knowledge and insight  necessary to guide business owners through difficult or complex decisions.

Therefore, based on the pillars of  empowerment and enrichment, it is my belief that by educating people in their estate planning and small business law, they will have the tools and assurance necessary to make  the difficult and challenging decisions which are a part of life.
