Such as an operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, initial meeting minutes, and others to help them get off on the right foot. I also provide advice on how to keep your business matters separate and apart from your personal matters.
During this stage of the business lifecycle, I help owners with negotiating and drafting contracts. Such as, independent contractor and employment agreements, as well as confidentiality agreements, employment and policy manuals.
I review commercial leases as well as negotiate and draft business agreements. Also, my firm will help you add or remove a member from an LLC.
Additionally, my firm provides outside general counsel giving your business the ability to have legal counsel at your disposal, on an “as-needed” basis.
Finally, I will help you sell, transfer, or wind-down your business. Solutions may include drafting a buy-sell agreements, transfer agreements or filing articles of dissolution with the Colorado Secretary of State.
