Affordable Access To Quality Legal Services

As a former high school teacher, I believe every child should have access to a quality education no matter what zip code they live in. Likewise, as an attorney I believe everyone should have access to quality legal services through affordable legal fees no matter what their income level.

Since attorney fees can be high-priced and costly for the working middle-class, I’ve created sliding scale rates for the services my firm offers.

Sliding Scale Fees

My affordable legal fees are determined by taking your gross household income as well as family size, and comparing those numbers to federal poverty guidelines.
Rates are then determined by how much you are above these poverty guidelines. The guidelines are set by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and can be found here.

Fees are then discounted based upon rates in the sliding scale, as set forth below.

Estate Plan for Married Couple with Minor Children:
Sliding Scale Fee: $1200 to $3000
Estate Plan for Married Couple without Minor Children:
Sliding Scale Fee: $1100 to $2300
Estate Plan for an Individual with Children:

Flat Fees

Almost all of the services my firm provides are based upon a flat fee. Likewise, the same sliding scale fees apply to those services. Please contact me for more information.

Hourly Rates

My regular hourly rate is $325/hour. Although most of the services my firm provides are based on a flat or fixed fee. Once in a while however, it is more cost-effective for the work to be done based on an hourly rate. In these circumstances, my sliding scale rates range from $200/hour to $260/hour. Additionally, initial consultations are $150 and include 45 minutes of consultation time and 30 minutes of legal research regarding the matter.

Credit Cards/Payment Plans

As a convenience my firm accepts credit cards, and payment plans are available.
